Rosemoor’s magical garden illuminations are back! This year, the trail has been extended to take in new areas of the garden, and they have added additional dates too!
You’ll be enchanted as you follow the festive trail around the trees, shrubs and sculptured all illuminated by high tech, dynamic colour changing lights. This year the trail takes in the Formal Gardens and Stream Field, then back down the Long Boarders, Hot Garden and of course their Winter Garden.
There is a preview evening being held on the 10th November. It starts at 4pm and ends at 9:30pm, and is charged at normal garden emission. The glow garden is then opened up for everyone else from 17th November till the 6th January, Thursday-Saturday 4-8:30pm. The garden glow is free to all RHS members!
On the launch weekend (17th-18th November), fire jugglers will be performing between 5-6pm on Friday and Saturday evening! Don’t forget to warm up with hot drinks and snacks at the Shepard’s rest, or treat yourself to a simple family supper in the Garden Kitchen Restaurant!
On some evenings, the glow garden will be made even more festive with food and craft fairs, and on two weekends in December, “Entertainingly Different” will perform “The Twelve Days of Christmas” complete with songs, stories, poems and dancing.
Pop into the Rosemoor Shop and Plant Centre for lots of Christmas decorations, gift ideas, beautiful plants and potted and freshly cut Christmas Trees!
